One member of a 4 person PM team managing 15m+ in projects.Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables:Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior managementCreate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projectDetermine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the projectDevelop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activitiesReview the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as requiredDetermine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completionExecute the project according to the project planDevelop forms and records to document project activitiesSet up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and securedMonitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the projectReview the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standardsEnsure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of qualityEvaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Design and detail products for the offshore oil industry using SolidWorks Premium. Create installation story board drawings for customers in 3D via SolidWorks as well as 2D via AutoCAD. Applications engineering. Surveys of customer land and offshore vessels. Aid in installation of our equipment on customer vessels. Aid the engineering dept in setting up and maintaining drafting standards. Help implement EPDM software for the company. Work with IT and Chief Engineer in maintaining CAD software and helping with the transition between engineering and Epicor via Cad Link.Commissioning of Logan built equipment. Field service and operations on site of Logan built equipment. Project management of equipment from survey to installation and operation.
