• Develop and Implement the design using WCF Services written in C# on the ASP.Net Platform with Visual Studio 2012 using SQL Server 2008 as the database, using service broker.• Use SSIS packages to process some of the feeds and SSRS to generate reports• Maintaining existing Services and make changes per clients file processing needs.• Troubleshoot and fix all issues arising with the services on a day to day basis• Have been involved in projects for a number of clients including Saint Gobain, Kraft Groceries, Kraft Foods, BE Aerospace, Citi Bank.• TFS is the source control for managing the various source codes• Did some front end work using MVC 4.5 and Entity Framework

• Analyzed an existing manual system for selling internet time vouchers to clients.• Developed a web based application using VB.Net on the ASP.Net platform for managing the vouchers, with clients logging in to the secured application from their location and printing the vouchers based on how much money they have in a virtual wallet created for them.• Implemented a number of access levels and securities in the application.• Developed an administrative section to the web application, purely for reporting and troubleshooting.• Configured Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS) as the web server to host this application• Designed the database structure, created and implemented it using Microsoft SQL 2008 as the RDMS• Configured database mirroring, a feature that eliminates data loss and ensures minimum downtime when the main database fails. A copy of the database is mirrored to a backup database in real time. When the main database crashes, the backup immediately becomes available for the application to connect.• Develop a client portal which integrates with the company’s ticketing software (Kayako) through which clients can log, manage their profile and manage their tickets (create, view and update tickets), using PHP and SQL Server 2008, with the ticketing software running on MySQL. The ticketing software configured to accept credentials from the client portal for authentication.
