Served as the contract section lead for MDA Sensors, Advanced Development and the Test Directorate. My teams and I evaluated and recommend authorization strategies, reviewed the Computer Network Defense (CND) activities for 65 RMF Packages. Additional work included the review of the Cybersecurity posture of over 100 assigned MDA test events in order to develop or review the Event Cybersecurity Plan (ECsP) for the government Event Cybersecurity Coordinator in preparation of approval from the MDA Authorizing Official. Additional responsibilities include writing and coordinating Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Memorandum of Agreements (MOA) between MDA and external organizations. Major achievements include developing a new assessment matrix for MDA test events that highlighted specific cyber issues of interest to the agency.

Plans and coordinates system changes and necessary records, work orders, database updates and documentation of actions taken. Engineered a fully automated server farm for 381TRG to protect against hardware, network and configuration failures meeting the 381st TRG 99.999% uptime requirement for critical systems. Provide long range planning and implementation guidelines for 381TRG. Provide project management and technical leadership for large and small scale projects. Manage hardware and software costs to meet long range goals. Provide technical guidance and career mentorship in a 20 man shop for government, civilian, and contractor PC and network technicians. I also work closely with the host base technical squadron making sure network changes go smoothly and do not affect the training mission.
