His publications include "Vehicle Transportation Claims Affecting the Business Owner and Insurers" ( NYSBA, Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law Section Journal ), "Dissecting the Deposition: Practical Considerations for the Effective Litigator" NYSBA, Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law Section Journal, Dissecting the Deposition: More than Just a Set of Questions & Answers" ( NYSBA Journal ), and "Taking Issue with the Note of Issue" (New York Law Journal).Robert has been selected by his peers as a "SuperLawyer" for the past consecutive 5 years as published in the "SuperLawyers" magazine and New York Times Supplement. He also was the 1999 recipient of the New York State Bar Association's "Young Lawyer Award".
