I'm currently a candidate for the MPhil in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation at the University of Oxford, where I'm studying as a 2024 Marshall Scholar. I'm broadly interested in the political economy of urban policy, particularly on the role of local political institutions in shaping and implementing housing policy. I graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale in 2024, where I received the Robert Dudley French Award for intellectual leadership.
