Provide leadership and work with franchisees to meet the financial goals of the individual and Link Staffing Services and to ensure the overall success of the franchise. Identify new strategic account opportunities and new resources, creation of sales programs, annual business plan and annual office budgets. Implement all sales initiatives driven by Franchisor and assist in closing new business and completion of RFP’s for Regional and National accounts. Identify critical training necessary to support the ongoing development of office staff as well as provide assistance in for key positions. Develop and deliver training programs in the functional areas Lead and oversee the action plan and process to identify and prepare new owners for office openings and assists with start-up and post opening training. Annual completion of franchise audit andcorrective plans of action for improvement in KPIs.
