I have been assisting clients navigate all aspects of intellectual property law for more than two decades. My current practice focuses on helping clients procure meaningful patent protection for their inventions, primarily in the fields of electrical engineering and computer science.Earlier in my career, I spent many years litigating complex, high-stakes patent disputes in various tribunals. That experience provided me with unique insight into the significant challenges issued patents can face in the courts and a solid understanding of the profound impact actions taken during the patent procurement process can have on the extent and value of the rights a patent confers. I also maintained a modest patent prosecution docket throughout my time as a litigator. Drawing on that multi-faceted experience, I work closely with my clients to make sure their patent strategies align with and fully support their business objectives.
