Current•Responsible to review Baseline Schedule (Programme) through Claim Digger for the most appropriate method and work sequence of construction operations for a particular project, in conjunction with the Project Controls Manager, Construction Manager and Design Manager. Planned and oversaw the entire programme of work anticipating the contract's demands in terms of Cost, Labour, Materials, Equipment and HSE Challenges.•Responsible in monitoring the progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work; •Responsible in progress monitoring of works and productivity against project plan, and produce clear and appropriate reports for appropriate personnel in a concise and timely manner (e.g. BCWP against BCWS Histograms, Quantity and Manpower Histograms).•Attend Management Meeting as required, both internal and external, to review and report on the progress being made on the project.•Responsible to prepare the Weekly & Monthly PMO Report including Contracts and Services Orders, Physical Progress (Based on Key Progress), Project Highlights, Project Progress and Resources, Analysis and Payments, Materials Submittals Log. The Monthly Report has been submitted to SAR (Client) as information requiring the worked progress and productivity at site.•Responsible to review and checked the Monthly and Weekly Report from JV and highlight the concerned regarding worked delays.•Perform Risk analysis using Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis (OPRA) which involves examining how project outcomes and objectives might change due to the impact of the risk event. Once the risks are identified, analyzed to identify the qualitative and quantitative impact of the risk on the project so that appropriate steps can be taken to mitigate them.•Responsible to prepare and analysed the Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) using Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis (OPRA) in quarterly basis with the Integrated Project Schedule (IPS-Level 2 Master Programme).
