As a member of the senior leadership team, I am tasked with redefining Vortex’s processes and leveraging investments in technology, to increase productivity and agility, with the aim of better serving our customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, my core responsibility is to identify process improvements, source potential solutions, recommend a course of action, and lead the implementation of the project, from genesis to adoption.In addition to being responsible for the digital transformation of the organization, I also oversee the IT and Digital Marketing teams. From an IT perspective, I manage front line support, and am responsible for the maintenance and procurement of our systems, hardware, and software. On the digital marketing side, I oversee all of our digital marketing campaigns in areas such as; digital ads, SEO, social media, E-mail marketing, and webinars.
