Integration with HP Service Manager, SPLUNK, and homebrew notification systems. Manged hundreds of application templates. Integrated Verizon / Versa SDWAN with monitoring.

Network Audit, documentation, High-level network Architecture, Design• Performed cleanup of user accounts, management accounts, and managed nodes on enterprise Solarwinds Orion Platform; Created network interactive maps for easy visual status of critical systems for an airport. Performed several upgrades on the system and subsystem of Solarwinds in support of desired functionality.• Created network documentation for the network at layer 2/3/4 to represent network traffic flows, routing, Spanning-tree, and basic connectivity for understanding and troubleshooting• Findings of network audit and topology revealed large architectural flaws in the network.
