Corporate partner with a wide range of experience across transactional and advisory work, strong experience in M&A and in particular takeovers. Since July 2013, also the Know How and Training partner. Role includes working with major clients to agree and develop tailored know how, training and other "value add" support and also managing the internal provision of know how and training support to the Corporate department. Also a current member of the Law Society's Company law Committee.

As an associate, included in the Lawyer's Hot 100 in 2007 and shortlisted for the Lawyer's Assistant Solicitor of the Year award in 2006.

As a partner at Baker & McKenzie, undertook a secondment to BAT's Commercial Operations Legal team where advised on a wide range of matters
