As a Contract Administrator with the Defense Contract Management Agency, I played a pivotal role in the U.S. Navy's Fleet Ballistic Missile program. My responsibilities encompassed oversight of 77 contracts held by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Company, collectively valued at $16 billion. My team and I managed the supply chain that included 11 major critical suppliers and an additional 162 sub-suppliers. Our primary mission was to enforce stringent contractual and regulatory standards across multiple domains: engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, as well as program and financial management. The process began with an in-depth contract receipt and review, where we meticulously analyzed contractual obligations to determine the scope of our agency's oversight responsibilities.

As a Program Integrator at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), I spearheaded oversight of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program in collaboration with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Company in Sunnyvale, California. As the Unit Admissions Officer for Air Force ROTC, Det 045 at San Jose State University, my primary mission was to recruit, train, and mentor new cadets until they were commissioned. I initiated a strategic recruitment drive during the university's summer freshman orientation, resulting in the largest incoming freshman class for the ROTC program in recent years. Leveraging my connections with the Engineering department, I established synergies between the university's Engineering faculty and ROTC engineering students, fostering a more integrated academic and training experience.In addition to my role as a ROTC Instructor, I served a four-week stint as a Field Training Officer (FTO) at Maxwell AFB. Entrusted with the sole responsibility for 20 aspiring cadets undergoing field training, my days were long but rewarding. My role involved leading and evaluating these cadets through rigorous physical and mental exercises designed to push their limits. Despite the challenges, the ultimate reward was witnessing the transformation of these individuals into confident, cohesive team members.

During my initial Air Force assignment, I served as an Operations Analyst with the 59th Test and Evaluation Squadron at Nellis AFB, Nevada, as well as the 53rd Test Management Group, Det 4 at Creech AFB, Nevada. Within a multi-disciplinary team of pilots, engineers, and analysts, we were charged with conducting exhaustive tests on cutting-edge aircraft such as the F-15E, A-10, F-16, F-15C, F-22, and RQ1 & RQ9. My role encompassed the design of test plans in collaboration with pilots and engineers, execution of these plans, data collection, and comprehensive report writing.I carved a niche for myself in Target Location Analysis (TLE), a specialized technique used to evaluate the targeting precision of weapon systems. Collaborating closely with the developer of the Air Force's TLE analysis program, I created an automated TLE tool using MS Excel and VBA code. This innovation dramatically reduced computational time and paved the way for quicker, more accurate assessments.Due to my expertise in TLE and the efficiency of the tool I developed, I became a sought-after resource across various squadrons. I was invited to lend my skills to U2, B1, and Predator and Reaper programs, optimizing their TLE analysis procedures.
