My responsibilities encompassed oversight of 77 contracts held by Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Company, collectively valued at $16 billion. My team and I managed the supply chain that included 11 major critical suppliers and an additional 162 sub-suppliers. Our primary mission was to enforce stringent contractual and regulatory standards across multiple domains: engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, as well as program and financial management. The process began with an in-depth contract receipt and review, where we meticulously analyzed contractual obligations to determine the scope of our agency's oversight responsibilities.
