As Chief Operations Officer, I have the privilege of leading a team of highly dedicated professionals within Fidelity’s Operations & Services Group (OSG). Our division maintains full responsibility for all brokerage operations and services for both Fidelity’s institutional and retail business lines. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and strategically influence virtually every OSG function. Client satisfaction and quality remain at the core of all we do. We align closely with our business partners to continuously mitigate risk, strengthen efficiencies, drive sustainable growth and consistently deliver superior service. Fidelity places a strong focus on maintaining a culture of respect and equity. I pridefully serve as Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology’s Diversity and Inclusion executive sponsor where I strive to be a strategic connector and champion for driving advocacy and awareness at all levels throughout the organization.I am passionate about leading by example, inspiring change and building effective networks. I’m pleased to participate in industry-wide initiatives such as SIFMA’s Operations & Technology Committee and DTCC’s Operations Advisory Committee where I was recently elected to Vice Chair. Internally, I guide the firm’s Fidelity Fund Transfer Agent Board.Aside from being a proud Fidelity leader, I’m also a proud (born and raised) New Yorker who thoroughly appreciates family time with my wife and two children. We enjoy bonding over our penchant for NY sports (Giants, Mets, Islanders & Red Storm), concerts, traveling and dining our way through the places we visit. I’m an avid supporter of my Alma Maters, St. Francis Prep High School (Queens, NY) and St. John’s University. I’m a member of St. John’s Tobin College of Business Advisory Board as well as the St. John’s University President’s Dinner Executive Committee.
