Qualification allowed for zero manufacturing disruption and savings of $3MM/YTD. Also, developed first ever business qualification procedure that uses Minitab Statistical Analysis to validate quantitatively new raw material. New procedure became the new standard for the Polyiso Division - Spearheaded $3.4MM capital project that replaced old batch system equipment for fully automated continuous process that reduced chemical waste, improved process utilization, and yielded $500K/YR- Led cost reduction initiative that yielded savings of $600K by mapping the manufacturing process and color-coding each process phase. New defect marking system reduced waste by 20%
