Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of branch operations. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Acts as Branch Manager as necessary. Trains, directs, and assists in supervising branch staff. Responsible for providing quality service to members in share, certificate, loan applications, and member service area. Manages and supervises branch office activities within established policies and procedures in compliance with regulations. ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in supervising and managing activities of the branch office for the benefit of members. Develop, maintain and communicates policies and procedures for member services and branch operations. Provides suggestions for improved effectiveness. Coordinate these functions with the other branch personnel to ensure staff supervision and member service consistency. Actively participates in appropriate civic and community activities as defined annually and in related business development activities outside of office responsibilities. Accountable to meet branch goals related to cross selling credit union services including coaching of staff to contribute and help meet annual goal. Direct employee training to improve efficiency and compliance with standard practices and procedures.
