My initial career was as a systems engineer with several IT firms and as an application designer in banks in North America and the Middle East (Fintech). From 1988 to 2006 built ACI's business in the Middle East from zero to one of market domination and substantial profitability. Spent the next 15 months developing a new market for ACI in national id cards and passports based on smartcard technology throughout the Middle East and Africa. Then worked on taking ACI's business on the subcontinent from a distributor-based model to direct operations.Joined the Bankers' Society (re-branded to "Bahrain Association of Banks" for two main reasons: 1) to contribute to the development of the financial sector in Bahrain, and 2) to manage and develop a talented, Bahraini workforce so they could become more creative and self-motivated. That became very successful and went from strength to strength.In 2016, I took the decisive action of moving back to the United States after 30 years abroad and exploring other avenues that could utilize my talents and commitment. After attending the Princeton School of Real Estate, being licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and working at Weidel Real Estate in New Hope, I moved to the real estate brokerage firm of Addison Wolfe Real Estate to further my career opportunities.
