Bath College Apprenticeship Manager 2017-PresentResponsibilities • Manage Bath College Apprentice provision build and increase provision in line with organisational strategic plan.• Secure above National Average Success Rates • Manage Recruitment and Selection of Apprentices • Locate and Foster Work Experience hosts • Co-ordinate and Attend Networking events that foster the Bath College provision.• Co-ordinate Apprenticeship Inductions for the Bath College Apprentice provision.• Work in partnership with all stakeholders to provide support to all Bath College sub-contractors,• Conduct Structured Appraisals for own staff using Bath Colleges progressive templates showing dynamic target setting.• Manage Non Levy and Levy accounts of all stakeholders including Bath Colleges Provision.
