Manages, plans and directs the County's Risk Management program to include: Self-Insured Workers' Compensation program, General Liability, Property Liability ,Professional Liability, Law Enforcement, Employment Practices and Auto Liability insurance programs. Responsibility and oversight for policy development to reduce the County's total cost of risk. Serves as the County's Drug/ Alcohol Program Manager to coordinate mandated Federal and County Drug Free Workplace programs. Acquisition and administration of insurance policies, contractual risk transfer matters, claims and litigation management.
