Manage utility bills and consumption data for all sites within Council portfolio. Adopt a Carbon Management Plan / Policies to suit spending revenue, Capital expenditure, Salix Finance and ‘Invest to save’ financial projects. Complete data for Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) for employer, with National Indicators 185 & 194. Part of a management group looking after Environmental projects liaising with Heads of Service and Managers within the Council (Waste, Transport, Planning, Schools & Environmental Health). Organized an Environmental Fayre (Aug 08 & Oct 07) to create a one-stop shop for all environmental issues – this proved to be a success for the general public.
