The amount of experience I have gained being the managing partner of IIAM. is incredible. Being the lead of the company new challenges are faced everyday, keeping it exciting! For me the most fullfillment that comes from being managing partner is creating and executing the projects together with the team. How can we achieve more, how can we do things better & how do we reach our goal? Some of the achievements that stand out:1. Setting up 160+ events annually2. Building a successful app3. Creating the first complete student guide of The Netherlands & having it adopted by universities across the city.4. Creating and executing the first cross university introduction week 5. Blended was a medium sized festival that concentrated on blending the countless cultures present in The Hague. My duty as treasurer meant I had to safeguard the finances & make sure the funds were being allocated and spent responsibly. Together with the accountants we had to go close the budgets and report the organisations+muncipality whom had granted the subsidies.

During my time at BFIM I did a lot of research on how cultural differences affect productivity through all layers of the organisation.

Responsible for coordinating the entrance of an off grid energy kit to the internatonal market. With a wide range of responsibilities I must make sure that we find new target markets to sell our products to.

Developing/executing concepts, booking artists & running the team.

At Studymates I was responsible for introducting the brand to the market, organising events and carrying out promotional activities.
