I am a highly motivated, results oriented Professional Program Manager with over 20 years of experience and a proven record of accomplishment. I have lead and overseen field teams of Project Managers, System Engineers, technicians, and subcontractors in the Public Safety, Transportation, and Utility markets. These implementation projects include P-25, OpenSky, and conventional radio systems and networks. I have been responsible for resource allocation plans and schedules as projects are initiated or as issues arise requiring special attention and ensure Configuration Management and control of delivered systems and services. My responsibilities have also included achieving all scheduled milestones as well as meeting financial performance.
