At Network Computing Group, my journey evolved over 18 years, from Network Engineer to my most recent role as Human Resources Manager. Harnessing skills from service management, I've honed competencies in team empowerment and operational excellence. Our mission resonated deeply with me – fostering a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives thrive. My focus is on aligning the company's goals with our staff's professional growth, ensuring we collectively advance within the ever-changing tech landscape.Prior to this I worked in textiles initially as a chemist, and worked my way to lab manager, operations manager, and finally to plant manager. Due to the textile industry leaving the area, and personal restrictions limiting my geographic mobility I opted to make a career change to IT after being a plant manager at Dynamic Dye and Finishing INC.
