Consulting, including ERP system implementations and third party application integration. Support for JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne applications. Sr. Consultant supporting Silveredge Consulting’s JD Edwards practice. I have a project management roll in the implementation of J D Edwards Enterprise One 9.0 at major healthcare company. This includes configuration, detail project plans, issue tracking and issue resolution. I also designed and developed supply chain interfaces between J D Edwards E1 and corporate Theory of constraints demand planning system. I authored specifications for the development of interfaces between J D Edwards E1 and Hyperion data warehouse. I support daily administration of JDE E1 and World including user profiles, security, menu creation and job scheduling. I provide functional support of both JDE World A7.3 and E1 9.0 applications including distribution, order-to-cash and financials. I designed and supported EDI Integration to JDE World and E1.I designed and developed EDI integration for a transportation company.I assisted in the design, development and support of PMRS and SAP ERP systems for a large healthcare company. I designed and developed a WEB 2.0 based production scheduling application for a meat producing and processing company.

Enhancement and support of Food Service Business applications. As a Consultant, I designed and developed an application to consolidate financial information from three Sara Lee businesses into one J D Edwards General Ledger. I also modified manufacturing bill-of-material and costing programs required for unique contracts. I designed and developed interfaces from JD Edwards to Sara Lee’s corporate SAP general ledger system. I also designed and developed the interfaces between JDE order, invoice, A/R and inventory to a new Windows CE PDA based route sales system.

As Vice President and Consulting Manager I developed new business consulting services that resulted in an increase in revenue and market expansion. As a Consultant, I managed large projects to install financial and manufacturing systems for several medium and large clients. This included using off-shore development resources. Several clients were multi-national corporations with facilities in Europe and Asia.

I managed a staff of 20 professionals for the information services department of this rail car manufacturing company. I supported four manufacturing plants in two states and setup an Information Services steering committee to oversee strategic planning. I lead the selection and installation of a new ERP system to improve inventory management and job shop scheduling. This included installing local and wide area networks to improve communications of office systems and lower operating cost.

As Director of MIS, I personally designed, developed and installed a custom ERP system resulting in reduced manufacturing and inventory cost. The new systems also improved lead times and order-to cash accuracy. I also lead the project to configure and install J D Edwards financial applications.
