Mr. Anderson is the Division Manager of CES’ Colorado Springs, CO office. He is responsible for providing customers with quality, cost effective, and safe environmental services. His duties include direct supervision of personnel, business development, project review, bid preparation, application/operation of staff health and safety program, and management of financial goals. He also manages site specific emergency response and remediation projects and coordinates and schedules project resource needs. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience regarding lead impacted soils, including the remediation of hundreds of thousands of tons of soil as well as the reclamation of millions of pounds of lead. He previously served as Program Manager and Project Manager for a lead remediation firm, where as Site Superintendent he was responsible for the financial risk assessment of prospective projects and the implementation of Brownfield remediation. He has also previously conducted time/cost estimates and bids and billing, as well as managed crew activities, provided onsite leadership, coordinated sub-contractors, and interfaced with client personnel.
