Drive and develop the production quality. My group was working with reject analysis, claim analysis, product audits, return to vendor and incoming inspection. I also manage three measuring rooms where we handle all CMM measuring for the production and one cleanliness laboratory where we analyze cleanliness of our components.

My tasks was to run investment, innovation and developing project related to the production. I was also a member in new development projects as a project engineer. Some projects were held on our plants abroad and some of the investment projects involved suppliers located abroad.

I was hired to drive the production forward. Involving process development, quality investments and daily tasks. Tools from LEAN management and Six Sigma was used on daily basis. I worked close to the technicians on our plants in Slovakia, Malaysia, USA and China. I was also stand in to our production manager. I was involved in implementing the LEAN system.

Various work involving purchase and sales. Flourcarbon Plast provides plastic components for all types industries. The company only sells low volume components. I spent most of my time out at the costumers helping with different applications.
