• Managed all of the core apps across GM’s infotainment platforms• Lead the execution of the Shell Strategy project, which changes the way GM deploys software to their vehicles, projected cost savings of ~$15M• Created an in-vehicle commerce experience so users can enjoy single-click purchasing straight from the head unit• Built the industry's first in-vehicle roadside assistance service with Allstate, making GM the first OEM to provide the service straight from the head unit• Rebuilt the enablers for in-vehicle notifications resulting in a SiriusXM marketing campaign with a 31% engagement rate• Championed a full redesign of the in-vehicle MyBrand app (myChevrolet, myGMC, myBuick, myCadillac), adding single-click service scheduling, roadside assistance, plan information, and a digital owner's manual• Orchestrated the rewrite of the in-vehicle Terms & Conditions app to reduce platform complexity and enhance the in-vehicle on-boarding experience
