Senior Regional Director for Logistics Operations in the Middle East. Led 14 direct reports that managed 4,500 employees providing logistics, warehousing, and maintenance services in eight countries in the Middle East with an annual $500 million dollar operating budget. Led, prioritized and approved workload for six business units that supported over 40,000 customers located in the Middle East to meet customer requirements while operating within a balanced multi-million dollar budget.

Managed 4 sub-contractors; monitored performance and contract compliance to ensure performance metrics were achieved.
