I have spent over fourteen years of honorable service in the United States Army. During which I served in a variety of different duty and leadership positions. Over my fourteen year career, I was deployed overseas to Iraq, Kuwait, Kosovo, as well as being mobilized for relief efforts following Hurricane Katrina.I recently graduated from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Since starting culinary school, I have gained a working knowledge in a variety of cuisines ranging from an Introductory Course in Baking in Pastry to Asian Cuisine, Latin Cuisine, as well as Garde Manger. I have also participated in a number of events working with the Chef Instructors. Events include The James Beard Pallate 412,a whole hog fabrication cooking course, a basic wine pairing course, and a pasta making class.
