It also includes improvements to the cooperation with insurance broker, enhancements to the service including start-up running the help-desk for customers in case of insurance events. During my work I was in charge of the project of changing insurance broker aiming to enhance the range and quality of service provided to Handlowy-Leasing customers. The scope of the project was to implement Egeria modules covering offers, risk grading, leasing agreement work-flow, fixed assets, general ledger, invoices, settlements, provisions, customer’s relationships processes. Egeria Leasing System replaced all currently used systems / excel or access databases / manual solutions and allowed merger of leasing companies.
