Responsible for all aspects of the deployment lifecycle: user stories, task assignment and feature management, development, code reviews, code quality, deployment procedures, unit testing and build automation.I'm a Certified Scrum Master and have led various-sized teams (4-8 members) using a SCRUM-lite methodology. Sprints were generally 3 weeks in length with scrums every other day. I've used several SCM products (SVN, TFS) I excel in the area of technical software leadership and possess strong managerial skills but also spend a good deal of time implementing features alongside other members of the development team. This unique skillset allows me to articulate product vision and scope to clients and stakeholders in a non-technical way and also to fully understand the technical details as implemented by the development team.
