I am 1 of many nurses that provide the best possible care and medication management to all of our residents. I communicate with residents, families and pcp's. I also share information between shifts pertaining to specific needs and concerns of the residents. However i also provide an ear when they need someone to listen to them. I also think that i provide them with a sense of security as some of my duties are to be on the lookout for any dangers that may happen. I look after them throughout the night and wish them a blessed day when its time to change shifts, and other nurses take over my duties.

I was assigned to the 3-11 shift at Symphony Manor A.L. and while there I administered medication to the residents on my floor, assisted other staff with ADL’s, entered notes into the residents chart daily, and communicated with Physicians and Responsible Parties in regards to the residents status as needed.

As a CNA home health employee, I arrived to the clients location, home or facility, and followed the assigned care plan. I also made notes on any changes in the clients condition or status from the last care giver visit. I also observed and took appropriate actions when I saw evidence of elder abuse. I made daily notes on my visit form just as I would do in a medical chart.
