Engaging with researchers and stakeholders on managing and establishing guidelines on best data management practices of research data within the Princeton ecosystem, which can then be scaled to other institutions and organizations. The tools I am using include SQL, Ruby/Rails frameworks, JS, XML, and postgresql. We are applying agile methodology towards the completion of team objectives and goals of enhancing and evolving digital library services in an academic library setting. I have a proven history of strengthening operations and developing customer solutions by rendering data-driven insights into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership. I am adept at applying complex account management and quality assurance strategies across a variety of industries by tackling challenges head-on. I have continuously demonstrated an aptitude for identifying and capturing opportunities to mitigate risk and improve business operations aligned with the organizational mission and long-term objectives. This has been achieved by looking at every opportunity as a learning experience.
