Supervisor of the NJDOH Grants Unit. The Grants Unit, within the Office of Grants and Auditing, maintains and administers NJDOH's department-wide grant-making system by interpreting and applying applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; maintaining an electronic system for the award and administration of grants; reviewing, approving, and monitoring grant awards and encumbrances; and providing technical assistance to Department personnel and external stakeholders. The Grants Unit also provides Grant Management Officer services to support special legislative and Department initiatives, including programs developed to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
