For a period of six months I was seconded to a painting & decoration contractor to gain experience directly with a contracting organisation. Imediately after this period I returned to John Smith Projects to continue my training and eventual full ARICS(now MRICS) qualification.

During this time I was site based on a large in town retail, business and residential development in the vacation periods of my degree. All very useful for the final career path in Quantity Surveying
