I am a professional within the energy industry responsible for the implementation of strategy and change management to address areas of opportunity. My skills in this areas have been developed over a long period of time where I have progressed from a technical specialist in the transmission area with a specialisation in the maintenance and life management of assets to a people manager responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of work programs.I have excelled at improving the performance of each of the groups I have worked in. As an asset engineer this was primarily due to my ability to engage with field technicians and improve their knowledge and capability. My success in managing large workgroups has been underpinned by engaging and inspiring the workforce, to align them with company values and instill a sense of personal pride and responsibility in their performance. I am currently combining my knowledge of the workforce and analytical skills identify areas of opportunity for the Network Services division and implementing short and long term strategies to realise these. We are continuing to be embed these initiatives whilst improving our competitiveness along the way. Our productivity improvements have occurred whilst maintaining safety and quality of work and delivered significant financial outcomes for Endeavour through improved usage of our staff and resources.
