Before beginning my pursuit of higher education, I started by working in retail, and in the rise of the pandemic I took on the role of an essential worker. There I developed my customer service skills and my ability to solve problems during hectic circumstances. After beginning my first year at Florida State University, I had the opportunity to work in the food industry. There, I learned to work with a team of restaurant operators and how to be quick in a fast-paced setting. I am now a full-time student in the College of Business, working part-time at FLVS through their Student Staff Internship Program. Throughout my time in the workforce, I have expanded my technological skills, adapted to being a team member as well as a team leader, and used my experiences to help leave my mark at every company I've worked for. My goal currently is to graduate with two degrees in Business Marketing and Management, and begin a career post-graduation.
