Key drivers were significantly increasing proportion of recurring revenue and strictly managing costs and strategic investments• Managed the sale of the business to WolfePak through an investment banker lead process which included buyer selection, management presentations, down selection, due diligence, purchase agreement and transition• Reengineered order to cash process, adding over $1 million in cash to the balance sheet and complying with the latest revenue recognition standard

Vista Equity Partners and founders sold SourceNet Solutions to Mellon Bank in 2005. Mellon and Bank of New York Mellon merged in 2007 to become BNYMellon. Prior to the sale, SourceNet grew from startup to over $25MM in revenue.
