Develop a suite of internal management reports to support measurement of performance and decision making.b. Responsible for the monthly preparation of DRC monthly management accounts.c. Responsible of the DRC budget process, consolidation of DRC budgets and transmission to the HQ(UK).d. Analytical review of data submitted by the plantations, ensure integrity and that all corrections are addressed before final submission.e. Establish effective working relationships with DRC and HQ (UK) team. f. Work with DRC finance teams to improve their analytical capabilities and ensure they understand reporting requirements and timetables.g. Work with Group Financial Controller on the development, roll-out and maintenance of Sage Accpac ERP.h. Preparation of notes for the Group FP&A Manager. i. Assist the COO(Chief Operating Officer) in Administrative matter.
