As a retail associate manager at United Wireless, I lead a team of mobile experts who provide excellent customer service and sales solutions. I am responsible for managing store operations, inventory, and merchandising, as well as training and coaching new hires. In my first month we were a top 20 store in the company and 2nd in our region. While I only had one other person working with me at the store. While also being the acting store manager because we had no one else. I have a passion for mobile technology and customer service, which I developed during my four years of working as a mobile expert at MobileOne LLC, a T-Mobile authorized dealer. I excelled at selling and handling customer accounts, as well as resolving issues and complaints. I also gained experience in door to door sales, inbound phone sales, and business to business sales, which enhanced my communication and negotiation skills.
