Co-authored the results of the study in a public-facing report.• Helped develop and scrutinize small area estimation models to aid in the determination of jurisdictions that met the requirements of Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act that require jurisdictions to provide voting materials in a certain languages(s) other than English. Used a parametric bootstrap technique to assess model fit and refine the modeling approach.• Provided expertise on small area estimation for the National Survey of Drug Use and Health for considerations of expanding the survey to additional regions.• Conducted original methodological research on several topics both independently and collaboratively including experiments embedded in complex surveys and propensity score methods for complex survey data.
