Nova Private Client is a new private client law firm established to improve and evolve the manner in which legal services are delivered to Private Clients. We solely comprise senior and experienced solicitors who have a proven track record of excellence and provide authoritative advice and fulfil a role of trusted legal and personal advisers.

I run the Alderley Edge Office specialising in Property matters both domestic and commercial. On the domestic side I deal with acquisition, planning, funding and sales of high class residential properties in the area which will include the management of estates, agricultural issues, sporting rights, environmental law and it impact on land use, mineral and mining issues. On the commercial side I deal with a number of retained clients managing portfolios of properties, their development and mangement, funding, environmental issues and planning.

Mainstream commercial property work undertaken for developers, banks and institutions. During this time I ran the department and was client Partner for Chevron Texaco dealing with all their legal requirements in the mid stream to downstream operation ultimately becoming the sole panel firm in that role. I was also closely involved in property acquisition and development for all phase of the Metrolink project.
