Lng Facility

Accountable for LNG facility and personnel safety, Responsible for the safe execution of all LNG plant operations including vaporization and liquefaction as well as all other LNG plant maintenance and capital work activities. Accountable for monthly reporting of PM/CM KPI's and Environmental compliance KPI's. Responsible for scheduling Liquefaction start dates as well as all LNG operating personnel. Responsible for development and execution of all LNG plant capital and maintenance projects. Accountable for facility performance by meeting process targets as well as O&M and capital budgets. Responsible for updating and maintaining all Operating Procedures, Security Procedures and Facility Records on a regular basis. Responsible for coordinating new employee onboarding, including initial and biennial refresher training for LNG operations and security personnel. Responsible for coordinating and managing all regulatory, compliance and insurance inspections by State and Federal and Insurance Agencies.

Provided support in managing the gas valve maintenance program within System Maintenance Engineering. Accountable for distribution and transmission gas valve and valve operator inspections and repairs. Coordinated inspections/repairs on vents and casings, coordinated underwater crossing inspections, under bridge inspections, responded to various customer complaints. Maintained DOT 192 compliance records and provided monthly reporting. Provided support on various CP projects/repairs. Coordinated road work permits and interfaced with Deldot on a regular basis. Accountable for meeting compliance dates and managed the program by insuring that inspections and remedial repair work were completed by their compliance due date.

Indian River Power Plant

Position involved supporting Power Plant Operations and Maintenance by performing maintenance and capital projects. Provided engineering shift coverage on scheduled and non-scheduled turbine and boiler outages. Areas of accountability included Water Treatment Systems (DI systems), Industrial Wastewater Treatment Systems, Boiler chemical treatment systems, Ash Handling Systems, Coal Handling Systems and Air Heater Wash Systems. Canal Intake structures and Cathodic Protection.

Artificial Island, Nj - Hope Creek Nuclear Power Station

Inspected and tested pipe supports throughout critical and non-critical areas of the plant. Developed detailed piping and hanger asbuilts for implementation into permanent plant documentation. Developed detailed job/repair packages which were used for the implementation of Field Change Order Packages. Provided field support by directly leading various union craft (pipefitters/welders) in the inspection and or redesign of various pipe supports and equipment. Supported Field Weld Engineering group by performing weld inspections and providing weld inspection reports.
