This team analyzed customer requirements and developed system and component performance models to develop tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 system designs. My role as control account manager included developing and integrating the technical plan and team effort, developing the budgets and tracking via established earned value tools and MS Project. Additionally responsible for risk management at tier 1, 2 and 3 for the integrated system using Active Risk Manager (ARM) tool. Also development test plans, and procedures as well as defined test equipment requirements.
