Responsible for the successful execution and exit strategy of a multi-functional operation while maintaining business continuity, mitigating risk and exposure to GMP quality compliance, minimizing operational disruptions and impact to team moral. This position is responsible to formulate and establish policies and procedures, recruit and develop talent, and introduce highly effective business and financial management strategies. Work in close liaison between corporate QA and regulatory agencies, customer logistics, production planning and manufacturing, distribution execution teams, and 3PL business partners to develop strategies to optimize cost-to-serve and improve the overall organizational effectiveness of the Supply Chain.
