My primary responsibility is to drive the truck and trailer to/from job sites all over the bay area. I have also been directly responsible for directly providing customers with estimates. My accuracy level is 95%. I work directly with Customers providing excellent customer service. I am the Senior Team Leader for crews of up to 12 people dealing directly with all customer requests/complaints. A major part of my job was to complete the Bill of Lading and reconcile all paperwork to be turned into AP for billing. Another task I had was packing up Homes and Businesses in preparation of moves.
