Robert B. Email and Phone Number
Over 14 years in the Information Technology industry however I have a lifetime of experience dealing with IT. I have always been the go to guy to figure out the problems and come up with the solutions. Accustomed to working in high stress, highly demanding and fast paced environments that require ingenuity, outside the box thinking, and strong core understandings of the technology that is being dealt with. I have a unique background and thanks to it I bring unique perspectives. I am experienced with everything from Cisco routing and switching to Extron Audio and Video set ups. Each environment I have worked in has been unique, despite the technology in use being the same in many cases. In every environment I have worked in I have excelled in my position. I made Honor Graduate of my class for the US Army Information Systems Operator-Analyst Course. I have been rewarded for maintaining 98% up-time for the network I was responsible for over a 2 year period and was recognized for working with U.S. and South Korean personnel in support of the U.S. Army in the region. I was project lead for the federal judiciary migration to Windows 10 in the state of New Mexico and rewarded for supporting the technology for the largest jury trial in the history of the state. I enjoy challenges, especially on complex networking issues. Large tasks do not intimidate me since they are generally pretty easy to break down. Working as a team is essential in our field and I enjoy working on one as well as leading one. Sharing of knowledge, likewise, is essential, and I thoroughly enjoy training as well as being the instructor. I prefer learning about the technology and how it works inside and out, this way if something happens, or something needs to change, the answers are easier to obtain.
