Upon being given this role I was expected to source new works as well as ensure previous clients were happy with the service they were receiving. I was also tasked with completing Tenders and quoting works.

During this role I was supporting the Operations Department with dealing with day to day enquiries, assisting with scheduling and subcontracting work out. I was also tasked with Auditing site engineers and ensuring complicated works were completed effectively and efficiently. I also assisted with the handling of out of hours calls. I assisted Quest with using Up to date techniques of auditing and reporting.

At Subscan I started as a rig manager providing CCTV surveys and site drawings. I passed my PTS with Top Marks and also my SSSTS and started to supervise jobs. I also learnt How to Jet and deal with Foul Drainage

I successfully passed my OS19X course in July 2017. I am responsible for the running and maintenance of the rig and Equipment onboard. I survey Drainage and produce site drawing whilst working to HADDAMS specifications.I am also training how to use the Clever Scan equipment which takes images and scans all drainage assets.I use a Nomad Trimble to give GPS coordinates for drainage assets and also use a total station where needed, I also assist the CCTV rig with ensuring the camera equipment is clean and in good working order. Ensuring everything is set up correctly and packed away correctly.I also have knowledge in patching/ remediation works.I have knowledge on how to do a Quickview walkthrough Culvert Survey using confined space equipment and traversing down the culverts.
