I'm an experienced manager, analyst, and IT professional who enjoys the challenge of using technology and data to address business needs.After graduation, I chase to pursue a consulting role with Accenture. I enjoyed the challenge of learning new industries, software, and technical skills while working with clients and other consultants, and leading teams. After several years I moved to an internal IT role continuing to work with ERP systems and ETL architecture. During that time I completed my MBA with a concentration in Marketing and new products.More recently, I've applied my technical and business skills in the data analysis area, designing databases, extracting data from systems, and developing reporting and dashboards to support both daily operations as well as answer ad-hoc questions. I take a holistic approach to working with data in understanding the business process behind it, the needs of the customers, and the potential to use the data for more than initially envisioned.I've managed multiple teams, both large and small including dev ops and analytics. I put an emphasis on developing skills and enabling team members to succeed. I love working with people throughout the organization, learning new businesses and technology, and teaching others.
