After a long career in technology as a Developer, PMO, Project and Program Manager, I have transitioned into teaching. This fulfills a long time dream of mine, going back to an early teaching experience while completing my time in the Army. I look forward to many fulfilling years of helping the next generation prepare for technology careers of their own.

Change Healthcare and McKesson Technologies Merger Program. Responsible for ensuring the migrations of major applications from McKesson into the new Change Healthcare environment. Worked in conjunction with application program and project managers to track and report delivery progress to the Executive level. Planned and supported Go Live activities and was responsible for the Organizational Change Management communications for several applications. Additionally, established new Production Support processes post transition, including producing new Operational Guidelines, Change Management processes and additional documentation.

Managed Network & Shared Services DirecTV Solution Project Management, delivering over 240+ projects for top AT&T initiatives. Projects focused on Cloud Enablement and API call development, with most development teams using Agile/Scrum methodology. Worked directly with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters and Development Teams to define and implement technical solutions for evolving business needs. Several dev teams were vendors, including Amdocs and Accenture. Regularly mentored PM’s. Presented weekly to the executives on status, strategy, planning and problem resolution. Key Initiatives managed included:• DirecTV Merger Integration – AT&T’s top IT Program for 2015-17, focused on critical Call Center/CRM functionality. Managed delivery of 97 projects with 117 new and 447 enhanced API Calls as part of a $300 million initiative.• AT&T Digital Experience and Fixed Wireless Programs – AT&T priority programs 2014-16. Delivered 27 Fixed Wireless projects and 44 CRM projects for Digital Experience Product Management, including CRM and Connected Car. • Cloud Transformation Program, AT&T Corporate IT – AT&T’s # 3 priority. Managed 24 PM’s and Architects to deliver 55 Cloud Architecture and Server Virtualization projects. Included new hardware, server build and then UNIX to Linux migration.

Helped transform Chico's Technology during a period of dynamic growth. Key accomplishments:> Teamed with Technology executives and PMO Director to establish Chico’s first Technology PMO. > Co-authored the Technology Project Management Methodology (PMM) and managed the rollout. > Improved auditable adherence and SOX compliance from 30% the first year to 100% the second, earning a CIO Excellence award. > Worked with corporate Strategy Director to facilitate and produce the CIO’s annual Technology Strategic Plan. > Personally managed critical projects including: ADP HR Services, Bearware Logistics, JDA Workforce, Infrastructure expansion.

Managed multiple projects implementing document imaging solutions for the world’s largest healthcare services corporation.• Responsible for client relationship and team performance, from introductory calls through completion.• Implemented at 25 separate hospitals with as many as 7 simultaneous and achieved Top 5 Customer Satisfaction rating.

Served as the Program Manager or Sr. Project Manager at a number of client engagements for the Business Client Services division. Included serving as the Global Project Manager for ibm.com’s Call Center portion of IBM’s CRM Program, the world’s largest Siebel based project. Facilitated the deployment of CRM to 26 Call Centers and 2,800 users in ibm.com’s European and Asia-Pacific divisions. Worked on a weekly basis with Japanese, European and Australian teams. IBM received Siebel Systems’ Award of Excellence.
