-Designed and developed manufacturing fixtures for a high throughput lens aligning system. Responsible for 3D CAD (SolidWorks) design and initial prototyping using a 3D printer. Developed full fabrication drawings, had the parts machined, and assembled the final fixtures. Used fixtures to manufacture initial cameras.-Designed an automated controlled lighting setup for Low Light Level laboratory testing. This included system design, ordering of components, design of custom adapters, assembly of the fixture, and integration with computer control. Lastly, he calibrated the low light detector. -Designed a gasket for a low light digital nightvision camera and sourced the gasket using suppliers. The gaskets were delivered on time, under expected cost, and are currently being manufactured into the nightvision cameras.
